DELIVERY PROCESS

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking link for you to follow your parcel.

KOOKAI fulfils orders from our New Jersey fulfilment centre via FedEx. If an order cannot be fulfilled entirely from this location, remaining items will be shipped from our Australia Warehouse via DHL Express at no additional charge. Please note, this may result in two separate deliveries for a single order.

Orders should be received within approximately 3-5 business days in major metro areas and capital cities, however please be aware there may be customs or other delays outside KOOKAÏ’s control.
